How to remove the Constant Contact logo from your email footer or website sign-up form

There isn't a way to completely eliminate, obscure, or "white-label" references to Constant Contact in your campaigns. However, you can remove the Constant Contact branding from your:

Email footer

As a paying customer, you can request that the Constant Contact logo be removed from your email footer. To do this, please contact a Support Representative for assistance. There is no fee to remove the logo.

Once a representative removes the Constant Contact logo from your email footer:

  • It no longer appears in any new emails or event-related emails you create going forward.
  • You may have to log out and log back into your Constant Contact account to see the change take effect.

Website sign-up form footers

Removing the logo applies only to the unique website sign-up form you're working on and doesn't remove it from all of your sign-up forms.

  1. While creating or editing an inline, pop-up, banner, or flyout sign-up form, click Settings.
  2. Click Constant Contact Branding.

Inline Sign-up Form Settings tab, and Constant Contact Branding option

  3. Select "Hide Constant Contact Branding" to remove the logo at the bottom of your form. This doesn't affect the consent disclaimer above the button, which can't be removed or altered.
  4. Click "Save."

Constant Contact Branding menu, Hide Constant Contact Branding option and Save link

Repeat these steps for each sign-up form you want to remove the logo from.
