Light Bulb IconDid you know? We're in the process of making improvements to our contact management experience and rolling them out to our customers. If your Lists table looks different, view this article for merging lists instead.

When you want to combine contacts together, you have some options! Multiple lists can be merged together, or the contacts from multiple segments can be merged onto a list, or contacts on multiple lists and segments can be merged together onto a list.

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Contacts > Lists and segments.
  2. Select the combination of lists and segments you want to merge together.
  3. Click Actions > Merge.

Contacts menu with Lists and segments option selected, Lists and segments page with a list and segment selected, and Actions menu expanded with Merge option selected

  4. From the Merge lists overlay, select the list or lists you want to merge the contacts onto. You can create new lists as needed too.
  5. Click the Add button.

Merge lists overlay with Search field and new list selected, and Add button

Merging doesn't delete the original lists and segments you choose to merge. You can keep them or delete them if you need to.
