Share a reusable template to all the child accounts within your partnership

Looking to share your branded templates to child accounts within your partnership? This feature allows your child accounts to access templates you create from within their template picker:

 
Exclamation Point IconImportant: This saves your template within the template picker of all child accounts. There isn't a way to select specific child accounts to receive the template.
 

Share a template

Light Bulb IconDid you know? Before you can share a template with your child accounts, you must first create and save an email as a reusable template.
 

Follow these steps to share your saved template with your child accounts:

  1. Open the template picker by creating a new email, and click the Saved templates tab.
  2. Find the saved template you want to share and click . . . > Share with accounts.

  3. Click the Share button to confirm the action.

Remove a template

If for any reason the template needs to be recalled, follow these steps:

  1. Open the template picker by creating a new email, and click the Saved templates tab.
  2. Click the Customer Templates tab and find the template you want to revoke from your child accounts.
  3. Under the template thumbnail, click . . . > Remove from accounts.

  4. Click the Remove button to confirm the action.
