Change the internal name of an SMS marketing message so you can easily recognize it in your account later

When you create an SMS message, the name is auto-generated, but you can change it to whatever you want to help you find it in your account again later. The name of your SMS message campaign is internal so the recipients of your message never see it.

  1. In the menu on the left-hand side of the page, click Marketing channels > SMS.
  2. (Optional) To help narrow your search:
  • Select "Draft" "Scheduled" or "Sent" from the Status drop-down menu.
  • Select an option from the Sort By drop-down menu.
  1. Next to the SMS campaign, click . . . > Rename.
