Once your customer signs up for your mailing list, they will receive a thank you message and a gift code via email. Then they'll click on the button in the email and will be directed to the Nift gift code entry page where they can enter the gift code. Your customer will be offered categories that they can choose from (restaurants, boutiques, pilates. etc) and once the categories are selected, Nift will match the customer to the best two gift options that are available. The customer will then have 30 days to redeem the gift offering.

Constant Contact has partnered with Nift to provide its customers with the opportunity to offer thank you gifts to their email subscribers. In order to activate a Nift gift your customer will have to opt-in and enter your information into the Nift system. Later, that customer can share gift preferences with Nift as well as other information that will allow Nift to match your customer with the best gift. Nift supports both 4-5 star online direct to consumer businesses and brick and mortar businesses. This means that a merchant's customer will always be matched with two great gift options that are based on their individual interests -- if local options are available, the customer will be offered them based upon the gift categories that they select.
The Nift businesses we partner with, like HelloFresh, Chewy.com and Gaiam, cover the entire costs of the gifts. It will not cost the merchant anything to give gifts to its customers.
We suggest sending Nift gifts to existing customers four times per year. Merchants should continue gifting all new customers as soon as the customer signs-up for their email list.
