Connect your Constant Contact account with Etsy

Manually import your Etsy customers into your account

Exclamation Point IconImportant: Due to recent changes in Etsy's policies, we're no longer able to connect your Constant Contact account to Etsy for importing contacts. If you would like to import Etsy contacts into your account, you can do so by manually uploading a .csv file. If you already have the Etsy integration connected, and have Etsy contacts synced into your account, please see below for important information.


For customers with a currently connected Etsy account

If your Etsy account is already connected to Constant Contact, you will not lose access to the contacts who have previously synced. However, Etsy contacts will not be synced going forward. To import new Etsy contacts going forward, upload them manually via a .csv file. They should be added to the "Etsy - All Customers" list.

Additionally, the Etsy lists that are based on purchase activity should not be relied upon going forward for marketing efforts. Because Constant Contact will no longer be provided with up-to-date purchase activity from Etsy, these lists will not necessary be accurate.
