Exclamation Point IconImportant: You can only unsuspend an email address once.

If you believe a valid email address has been marked as Suspended, you have the opportunity to unsuspend it within your account.

  1. From the menu on the left, click Reporting.
  2. Scroll down to the Email campaigns table and click the hyperlinked number in the Bounces column for the email you have a Suspended contact.

  3. Select “Suspended” from the All types drop-down.

  4. Click the three dots next to the email address you want to unsuspend and choose:
  • Edit - Select Edit if there’s a typo or error with the email address, and update the contact information. Once the address is changed it is automatically unsuspended. Email addresses that have been verified with express permission can't be edited.
  • Unuspend - Select "Unsuspend" if the email address appears to be valid.

  1. Click Unsuspend.

Once the email address has been successfully unsuspended, it will be available to send email to again. If future emails to this email address bounce as Non-existent, it will be permanently Suspended. Keep in mind that even after unsuspending, past campaign reporting will still show the email address as Suspended.
