Reporting for your legacy automated email series

View the queued contacts, sent, opens, and clicks for emails in your legacy automated email series

Review your plan: This legacy feature is not available in all Constant Contact plans. Upgrading to a Lite, Standard, or Premium plan gives you access to our most current email and SMS automation tools.

Important: This article is for our legacy automated email series feature. If you're in our Lite, Standard, or Premium plan using our Automation Path Builder, please refer to our article on how to view the reporting for an automation path instead.

Reviewing the reporting for your legacy automated email series can help you gauge your contacts' interest in your emails over time.

1. Click Campaigns.
2. (Optional) Use the filters to help narrow your search.
3. Click Manage next to your automated series.
   
   
   
   
4. View the reports for each email in the series:

• Sent - The number of unique contacts the email was sent to.
• Opened - The percentage of unique opens by contacts who received the email. This number does not count if a contact opens the same email multiple times.
• Clicked - The percentage of link clicks by contacts who opened the email.
• Queue - The number of contacts waiting to receive the next email.

5. Click the hyperlinked email name or any of the hyperlinked numbers to drill deeper into the reporting for each email in the automated series. This will take you to the Email Details page, where you can see the list of individual contacts who received, opened, and clicked your email.
