Update your organization's SMS privacy policy and terms and conditions

Update the links to your organization's privacy policy or terms and conditions/terms of service documents or upload documents to host for SMS marketing purposes

A privacy policy and terms and conditions (T&C)/terms of service (TOS) are required to register for SMS marketing. When you register, you can either upload privacy policy and T&C/TOS documents to host in your Constant Contact account, or you can add links to documents that are already hosted elsewhere online. These documents can be changed at any time, if you need to make edits:

  1. Click the three dots next to your profile name in the lower left-hand corner and select "Account settings" from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click the SMS tab.

  3. Scroll down to the SMS Settings section and click Edit.

  4. Scroll down to the Legal pages section and enter the URLS for your hosted terms and conditions and privacy policy, or upload them as documents.
    Note: The documents are not visible through the Library and can only be seen through the SMS settings section in My Account.
  5. Click Save.
