Tired of clutter? Clean out your Campaigns list by deleting old drafts and inactive campaigns. You can delete any of the following campaign types in Draft, Sent, Ended, Inactive, or Error status:

Before you delete a campaign, keep in mind that it:

  • Isn't permanent - Campaigns can always be taken out of the Deleted folder later.
  • Doesn't affect a sent email - If you already sent an email out to your contacts, it will still be visible in their inbox until they decide to delete it.
  • Affects reporting - Putting a campaign into the trash removes it from your reports. Restore it from the trash to view the statistics.
  • Keeps the filename - If you delete a campaign, you can't re-use its filename for any new emails.
  • Breaks social media links - Deleting an email that you shared on social media breaks the link until you delete the post from your social media account. If you're trying to delete posts you created through Social Posts, learn how to do that here.
