Partners: Copying email and landing page campaigns to child accounts

Learn how to copy campaigns to specific child account or to all child accounts, and learn how to monitor the copy status

You can create emails, custom landing pages, Sign-up landing pages or lead generation landing pages and copy them into one or several client/child accounts as a draft. 

 

 

Exclamation Point IconImportant: When sharing a Lead Generation Landing Page, you need to have a list selected before you can copy it to your client/child accounts.

 


Copy a campaign to client/child accounts

To copy a campaign, follow the below directions:

  1. Click Marketing channels > Emails or Audience Growth > Landing pages.

  2. Click the three dots (. . .) next to the email or landing page you want to share and select:
  • Copy to all accounts - To share your campaign with all your client/child accounts.
  • Copy to targeted accounts - To pick the client/child accounts you want to share your campaign with.

  1. Give your shared campaign a unique name that you'll easily recognize in your account later.
  2. If you chose to share to targeted accounts, select the accounts.
  3. Click the Copy button.

Check the status of copied campaigns

You can access a list of your shared campaigns at any time and check the start and completion time of the share:

  1. Click Accounts.
  2. Click the Activity Log tab.
  3. Sort your campaign to help narrow your search.
  4. Review the Complete Time column. Copying to a large number of child accounts can take a few minutes.
  5. If there are errors, click "Get Errors"  in the Errors column to download a CSV file of the impacted accounts and the reason for the error.
