All Qualified Leads

You can create lists that display all of your current qualified leads.

To create a list of qualified leads, do the following:

  1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.
  2. Create a new list or click Options > Change List Settings to edit an existing rules-based list.



  3. Create an initial rule if none exist or add an additional rule.


     
  4. Select has the field, located under Lead.

  5. Enter Lead Status from the Select field drop-down menu.
  6. Enter Qualified from the select one drop-down menu.
  7. Select exactly from the conditional drop-down menu.
  8. Click Add Rule.

  9. Select has not been sent the email, located under Email.

  10. Select an initial follow-up email from the Select email drop-down menu.
  11. Click Save.
