Creating Rules-Based Lists with Qualified Leads

Using list management to strategically segment your leads improves your ability to effectively market to those groups. By dynamically adding or removing leads for certain mailing lists, you can increase your ability to deliver a more captivating message.  Consider a list that shows all qualified leads where an initial follow-up email has not been sent. 

This article will provide information on creating rules-based lists with qualified leads.

All Qualified Leads

You can create lists that display all of your current qualified leads.

To create a list of qualified leads, do the following:

  1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.

  2. Create or edit a rules-based list.
  3. Add an initial or additional rule.
  4. Select has the field, located under Lead.

    Rule actions
     
  5. Enter Lead Status from the Select field drop-down menu.
  6. Enter Qualified from the select one drop-down menu.
  7. Select exactly from the conditional drop-down menu.
  8. Click Add Rule.

  9. Select has not been sent the email, located under Email.

  10. Select an initial follow-up email from the Select email drop-down menu.
  11. Click Save.
