See how Constant Contact appears on your Billing Statement

Beginning mid-2018, Endurance International Group (EIG) and Constant Contact have aligned  the way payments appear on account statements to alleviate unrecognizable transactions. This change was required in order to create a more unified and cohesive representation in regards to the way charges show up in credit card statements.

Current Billing Prefix

A Constant Contact charge appears as EIG*ConstantContact.com [phone number].

In other words, when reviewing your card statements you’ll see:
(“EIG” Prefix) + %%BRAND%% URL + %%BRAND%% Phone Number.

Billing Prefix Prior to Mid-2018

A Constant Contact charge previously appeared in your statement as CTC*ConstantContact.com [phone number].

In other words, before you may have seen:
(%%BRAND%%) + %%BRAND%% URL + %%BRAND%% Phone Number.
