Create an image from a PDF while uploading to the Library

Upload a PDF to your Library and create a PNG thumbnail image of the first page

When you upload a PDF into your Library, a PNG image of your first page is automatically created. The image can later be inserted into your email.

Did you know? You can upload a PDF to your Library and create an email from the first page, which automatically includes a button that links to the full PDF, all in one step!

1. Click Assets > Library.
2. Click Upload  > My Computer.
   
   
    
3. Drag and drop your document from your computer, or click "or browse your computer to upload." 
   
   
    
4. Click Upload Files to begin uploading your PDF and a PNG thumbnail image to the Library.
   Note: The maximum supported file size is 5MB. If your file is too large, there are third-party tools online you can use to resize it before uploading. You can also take a screenshot of the PDF's first page to upload as an image and then host the PDF using a third party, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, which you can link to from your email.
   
   
    
5. Click Done.
   
   
    

Both the PDF and the PNG image are saved to the Library with the same name, but you can always edit the image and change the name or description.
