Disable pop-up blockers for just the Constant Contact website

In order to use Constant Contact, you must allow pop-ups. Some software allows you to specify sites from which pop-ups are allowed, while others have global settings. For more information, please choose the appropriate item in the following list:

Apple Safari

  1. Open Constant Contact in Safari and right-click on the Constant Contact URL at the top of the browser.
  2. Click "Settings for constantcontact.com".
  3. Next to the "Pop-up Windows" option, click the dropdown.
  4. Select "Allow".

For more information on pop-ups in the Safari browser, please see Apple's support.

Google Chrome

These steps are the same for both PC and MAC.

  1. Click the Chrome menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the browser bar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and Security.
  4. Scroll down to the Privacy and security section and click Site Settings.
  5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. Under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", click Add.
  7. Enter "ui.constantcontact.com" into the Site field.
  8. Click Add.

For more information on blocking pop-ups in the Chrome browser, please see Google's support.

Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge's pop-up options are updated through the Privacy, search, and services section of the browser:

  1. Click the three dots menu in the top right corner of the browser and click Settings
  2. Click Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Click Site permissions.
  4. Click All permissions
  5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. Next to "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", click Add site
  7. Enter "ui.constantcontact.com" into the Add site field.
  8. Click Add.

For more information on blocking pop-ups in the Edge browser, please see Microsoft's support.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the browser bar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and Security.
  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section.
  5. Next to the "Block Pop-up windows and third-party redirects" option, click Manage Exceptions.
  6. Enter "ui.constantcontact.com" into the Address of website field.
  7. Click Allow.
  8. Click Save Changes.

In the Mac OS X version of Firefox, the Preferences can be found on the Firefox menu, not the Tools menu.

Other Pop-Up Blockers

For other pop-up blockers, we recommend either:

  • Setting an option that blocks only unrequested pop-ups, or
  • Setting an option that blocks all pop-ups but allows for some websites to be specified as exceptions, and including www.constantcontact.com in your list of exceptions.

The support documentation for your software should tell you how to do this. If the firewall or security software covers a network, not just your own computer, then you should consult your Network Administrator.
