Export images from Canva to your Constant Contact Library

Share a Canva design to your Constant Contact Library to insert in your campaigns later

If you create graphics in Canva, you can easily export them to your Constant Contact Library for you to use later in your campaigns, including emails, social posts, and landing pages.

Please note: Video, Doc, Whiteboard, and Sheet formats are currently not supported for sharing to your Constant Contact Library. If you want to save a PDF design to your Library, you can import it from within Constant Contact.

 

From your Canva account:

  1. Click Projects in the left-hand menu to access an existing graphic you want to export to your Constant Contact account, or click Create if you want to design something new.

  2. When you’re ready to export your graphic to Constant Contact, click Share in the top right. 
  3. From the drop-down, click See all if you don’t see the Constant Contact app.

  4. Search for “Constant Contact” and then select the Constant Contact app.

  5. Click Connect.

  6. Click Log in.

  7. Log in to your Constant Contact account.

  8. Click Allow Access to grant Constant Contact permission to access your Canva account.

  9. From the Format drop-down, select the Asset (image) option.
  10. If needed, click Add image.

  11. If your design contains multiple pages, select the page you want to export as an image from the drop-down.
  12. Click Publish now.

  13. Click Check it out to go to your Constant Contact Library.
    Note: If you make any edits to your design and want the updated image to be available in your Constant Contact Library, you’ll need to share it to Constant Contact again.

The graphic will now be available in your Constant Contact Library, where you can customize it further using our image editor or Canva, and it will be available to use in your campaigns.
