How to find the Account Owner for your Constant Contact account

Locate the name or email address for the current Account Owner

Each user role within your Constant Contact account has a unique email address. If you’ve been added to an account as an Account Manager or Campaign Creator and you’re not sure who the current Account Owner is, you can find their name in different ways:

Campaign Creator: Email invitation sent to a new user

An Account Owner is the only user who can add new users. If you're a Campaign Creator, you can find the Account Owner's name through the invitation they sent to you when they gave you access to their account. The Account Owner's name appears just below the greeting.

Account Manager: Manage users tab in the account settings

Only Account Managers have access to the Manager users tab. To view the Account Owner information:

  1. Click the account profile name in the upper right corner and select the Settings option.
Tip: You can see your assigned user role beneath your username within the drop-down menu.

  2. Click the Account emails tab.
Note: Campaign Creators don’t have access to this information.
  3. In the Email addresses table, locate the email address with the “Account” label.
