View your social posts history on a social media platform

View social post history and analytics directly through Facebook and LinkedIn.

When you share posts on social media through Constant Contact, you can view your post history and analytics information through the Social tab. However, posts that were made directly through your social media account, or posts created through our legacy Social Share tool can only be viewed through your social media account.

 

Facebook Publishing Tools

Past posts and analytics can be viewed through the Publishing Tools for your Facebook Page:

 
  1. From your Facebook page, click Meta Business Suite in the left-hand menu.

  2. In the Meta Business Suite menu, click Insights.

  3. Review the overall performance of your social posts under Overview. For content-specific data, click Content in the left-hand menu.

  4. Filter through your content using the menu bars. Click on the post you want to view in detail.
  5. Select a time-period for review. 
  6. From the content table, review each social posts:
    • Date Published
    • Reach
    • Likes & Reactions
    • Comments
    • Shares

  7. After clicking on your desired post, review insights for: 
  • Reach: The number of people who have seen your content in the Discover tab, feed, tagged posts, location, or hashtag search. 
  • Impressions: The number of times your content was on screen. Content can include formats like posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
  • Interactions: The number of post likes or reactions, saves, comments, and shares minus the number of deleted interactions. 
    • Likes: The number of likes on your post.
    • Comments: The number of comments on your post.
    • Shares: The number of shares of your post.
    • Saves: The number of saves of your post.

Additional analytic information about your page can be found in your Page Insights. For more information about using Facebook Publishing Tools, please see Facebook's support.

 

LinkedIn Analytics

Past updates and analytics can be viewed through the Analytics tab in your Company Page:

  1. From your LinkedIn Company page, click Analytics in the left-hand menu.

  2. In the Content section, select the Time range you want to view. This will populate the metrics for that given time-period.

  3. Review the Metrics on the graph for the given time-period. You'll see Organic impressions versus Sponsored. 
  4. In the Content Engagement section, you can also select the Time range to view all the posts within it.
