Add or change the security question for your account

The security question is another method for identity verification for your Constant Contact account. It's important to choose a security question that's unique and not easily guessed. The security question can be changed at any time. To set or change your security question:

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left and select Account settings.

Profile name and My Account dropdown option

  2. In the Security question section, click Edit.

  3. Select a security question from the drop-down.
  4. Enter the answer to the question.
  5. Click Submit.
