Schedule the resend when sending the original email
Tap on Campaigns.
On Android, tap the Menuicon then tap Campaigns.
On iOS, tap on Campaigns in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
(Optional) Tap Status > Draft at the top of your screen.
Tap on the campaign you want to send.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right and tap Schedule or Send Now.
Edit your subject line.
Edit your email preheader.
Tap the Select recipients option and choose to send to contact lists or a segment.
If you chose:
Contact lists - Tap the lists you want to send to and then tap Done.
Segment - Tap on the segment you want to send to.
Choose a date and time to send on.
Confirm your Fromname, From address, and Reply to address.
Tap the Resend to non-openers toggle.
Choose a date and time to resend.
Edit the Resend subject line to differentiate it from your original email.
Tap Schedule in the top-right of the screen.
Schedule the resend after the original email has sent
Tap on Campaigns.
On Android, tap the Menuiconthen tap Campaigns.
On iOS, tap on Campaigns in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
(Optional) Tap Status > Sent at the top of your screen.
Tap on the campaign you want to resend.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right and tap Resend to non-openers. Note: The Resend to non-openers option is only available for emails that were sent within the previous 10 days.
Choose a date and time to resend on.
Edit the Resend subject line to differentiate it from your original email.
Tap Resend in the top right of the screen.
Cancel the resend to non-openers
Tap on Campaigns.
On Android, tap the Menuicon then tap Campaigns.
On iOS, tap on Campaigns in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the campaign you have scheduled to resend.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right and tap Remove resend to non-openers.
