Add a valid GSTIN to your account to avoid being charged GST for India

We collect Goods and Services Tax (GST) on any Constant Contact account in India that does not have a valid India Goods and Services ID on file with us. To avoid being charged GST, add a valid India Goods and Services ID (GSTIN) to your account or single bill that has a billing address in India.


Add India Goods and Services ID to My Account

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left - or the three dots if you have the left-hand menu expanded - and select Account settings.

  2. Click the Billing tab, then click Edit payment method.

  3. Scroll down to the billing section and add your GSTIN to the India Goods and Services ID field.
  4. Review the terms and check the box to agree that the number is valid.
  5. Click Submit.

  6. Review your billing and payment information and click Submit.

Add India Goods and Services ID to My Single Bill

  1. Sign into the Partner Console.
  2. Go to "My Details" on the horizontal menu bar on the top of the screen.
  3. Click "Single Billing" and then "Update Billing Info" from the menu bar.
  4. Scroll down to the India Goods and Services ID section to enter your GSTIN in the space provided
  5. Check the box stating the number is valid.
  6. Select Update to proceed.
  7. An overlay appears, asking you to verify that you would like to change your billing information. Click OK.
  8. Verify your information and click Submit to complete.
