Add a valid GSTIN to your account to avoid being charged GST for India

We collect Goods and Services Tax (GST) on any Constant Contact account in India that does not have a valid India Goods and Services ID on file with us. To avoid being charged GST, add a valid India Goods and Services ID (GSTIN) to your account or Single Bill that has a billing address in India.

  1. From your account settings, click the Billing tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Payment method section and click the Edit payment method button.

  3. In the Billing address section, click the "Edit" option.

  4. In the Billing address section, scroll down to the India Goods and Services ID field and enter your GSTIN.
  5. Review the terms, then check the box to confirm the number is valid.
  6. Click the Save button.
