Error Message: Request Entity Too Large

Clear your Constant Contact cookies to fix the Request Entity Too Large error

Occasionally when navigating your account, you might see an error message that reads "Request Entity Too Large." When this happens, it means that your Constant Contact cookies have built up and need to be cleared. The steps vary depending on the internet browser you're using:

You can also try using a different browser or opening an incognito or private browsing session in your current browser. If you're still seeing this error message, please contact Support for assistance.

 

Apple Safari

  1. Click Safari > Preferences.

  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Select "Show Develop menu in menu bar," then close the window.

  4. Click DevelopEmpty Caches.

  5. (Optional) Click History > Clear History...

  6. Choose a time frame.
  7. Click Clear History.

Close your browser and re-open it again before logging back into your Constant Contact account.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots next to your profile icon, then click Settings.

  2. Click Privacy and security.
  3. Click Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click See all cookies and site data.

  5. Search for "constantcontact.com."
  6. Click Remove All Shown.

  7. Click Clear all.

Close your browser and re-open it again before logging back into your Constant Contact account.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click ... > Settings.

  2. Click Privacy & security.
  3. Click Choose what to clear.

  • Browsing history
  • Cookies and saved website data
  • Cached data and files
  1. Click Clear.

Close your browser and re-open it again before logging back into your Constant Contact account.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu icon in the upper-right, then select Options.

  3. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Manage Data.

  4. Search for "constantcontact.com."
  5. Click Remove All Shown.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Close your browser and re-open it again before logging back into your Constant Contact account.
