How Constant Contact manages privacy for you and your contacts

Constant Contact cares about privacy. We aim to help ensure that your contacts’ personal information is not used in a manner they might find undesirable. Consequently, Constant Contact strictly forbids the buying, selling, and/or renting of contacts' information.

Also, only you can use the contact information and email addresses that you load into your Constant Contact account. Constant Contact does not use these email addresses other than to provide our service to our customers for their accounts.

To inform your contacts about how we protect their privacy, a link to Constant Contact's data notice is included in the footer of your emails sent through Constant Contact. You can also add a link to your own privacy policy.
