View and download your contact growth report

Choose a timeframe and view the growth, deletes, and unsubscribes for your contacts, get email notifications about your contact growth, and export your report as an image or spreadsheet

It's always helpful to know how your contact list is growing, or maybe even not growing, so that you can make adjustments to your email marketing and list-growth strategies.

View your reporting

Is your list of contacts growing? Where are your new contacts coming from and how many contacts are you losing? This report lets you see your net contact growth over a period of time, dig deeper into the contacts who have been added or removed, and get tips on how to continue growing your list.
  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Click the Contacts tab.
  3. Select the timeframe you want to view from the drop-down menu:
  • Custom Dates
  • Past 7 Days
  • Past 30 Days
  • Past 60 Days
  • Past 90 Days
  • Past 12 Months
  1. Scroll down to the Overview section to see:
  • Growth - The number of contacts, within your chosen timeframe, that joined your list through one of our sign-up tools, and the number of contacts you added yourself through a spreadsheet upload, or by typing or pasting their information into the contact record.
  • Deletes and Unsubscribes - The number of contacts, within your chosen timeframe, that you manually deleted from your account, and the number of contacts that clicked the link in your email footer to stop receiving emails from you.

  1. Scroll down to the Trends section to see the net new contacts you've added, and the current total contacts in your account. You can also scroll through tips to grow your contact list.

Click on any of the hyperlinked numbers in your reporting to view a list of the specific contacts. There is no hyperlink for deleted contacts because they no longer appear in your account.

Download your reporting

You can download your contact report at any time and save it as a PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or CSV file.

  1. Click Reporting.
  2. Click the Contacts tab.
  3. Select the timeframe you want to view from the drop-down menu:
  • Custom Dates
  • Past 7 Days
  • Past 30 Days
  • Past 60 Days
  • Past 90 Days
  • Past 12 Months
  1. Click Download As and select a file type.

Depending on your browser, you can choose a location to save the file to, or open the file to view it and then save it from there.
