Use the Advanced Search tool in your Library

Conduct a more comprehensive search within your Library by using the Advanced Search feature

If you're looking for one particular image or document in your Library or you want to search your Library by specific criteria, then try using the Advanced Search feature. This is a useful tool to use if you're trying to add a large set of images or documents to a new folder or if you'd like to delete a particular set of files all at once.

  1. From the Library, click "Advanced" within the search box.

  2. Enter a search term, or leave the search field blank.
  3. Enter your desired search criteria:
  • Filter by File Source - Select My Computer, Mobile, Facebook, Stock Images, or leave the field set to All.
  • File Type - Choose Image, Document, or leave the field set to All.
  • Folder - Choose a specific folder, or leave the field set to All.
  • Orientation - Select Portrait, Landscape, and/or Square. Leave each blank to search for all orientations.

  1. (Optional) To search for files that were added within a certain timeframe, click the Date Range field and select either the "Last 30 Days" or the "Custom" option. If you choose "Custom," select a start date from the calendar on the left and an end date from the calendar on the right, using the arrows to scroll to the desired month and year. Then click Done.

  2. Click the magnifying glass to search.

To clear your search entry, click "Reset All."
