Use our SEO tool to optimize your pages for designated keywords

Exclamation Point IconImportant: This feature requires you to use HTML code. If you work with a webmaster, they can help you install the code on your website. If you're using a website builder, please contact their support for help with placing the code.

Our SEO tool allows you to assign keywords to each page on your site and then helps you improve the content of every page for the keywords you assigned. This makes your website easier for search engines to access.

Note: A maximum of 20 pages can be optimized per month.

Within the SEO tool:

  1. Click the Optimize tab.
  2. Click the Pages to optimize tab to see which pages of your website could use optimization.
  3. Select the page you'd like to optimize.

  5. Enter a keyword into the field and click Search.
  6. Select a keyword from the list of search results.
Note: You can only select one keyword at a time. We recommend that you optimize the keywords that best describe your industry or website.
  7. (Optional) Check the box to also add the keyword to your list of tracked keywords.
  8. Click Select.

  9. Next, start optimizing your page for the selected keyword. Click on a task to begin working on it.

  10. To mark the task as complete, click Done, check again.

Complete all the tasks to optimize each page. You can work to optimize pages one at a time, or you can optimize several pages at once.

Note: You may receive a task suggesting that you adopt an SSL certificate for your website. We suggest it for many reasons, particularly because it's a crucial ranking indicator for search engines. However, it's not necessary, so feel free to dismiss the suggestion if you’re not interested.
