Jr. Salespersons

Calling from the Contact Manager

  1. Click Contacts in the left toolbar.
  2. Click  12cog.png  Options > Invite to Video Call next to the name of the desired contact.
  3. Enter a personalized message in the Enter a message field.
  4. Click Invite and Start Meeting.
  5. Click Allow in your browser's permissions window, if necessary.
  6. Complete your Video Call.
  7. Click  hangupcall.png  Leave.

Invites are sent to your selected contacts as emails. Users that join the meeting will be prompted to enter a username and password if they have a Zoom account, though it is not necessary to join the meeting.

Important: A new, different link will be generated for each Video Call. The link will expire 30 days after the link is created, which will render it unusable for future Video Calls.

Calling From the Contact Record

You can initiate Video Calls with contacts directly from their Contact Record.

To call from a Contact Record, do the following:

  5. Click Invite and Start Meeting.
  6. Click Allow in your browser's permissions window, if necessary.
  7. Complete your Video Call.

Calls with Multiple Attendees

Video Calls with team members or contacts can be achieved by manually sharing the link to attendees for a call.

When sending links, consider sending them in an email body to multiple users or leads via Smart Mail.

Note: There is no limit to the number of attendees that can be part of a Video Call.

Initiating Video Calls

Once you initiate a Video Call through Lead Gen & CRM, your browser will open into the call window.

From there, you can communicate with your team members, instance users, or leads.

Users on the call will be listed at the top of the call window. A moving blue light next to their name indicates that they are speaking in the call.
