Regarding Lead Social Connections

Due to changes with third-party policies, Constant Contact is unable to connect your leads with their Facebook and Instagram accounts. As such, their activities on those social media platforms will not trigger automations or be added to the Life of the Lead on their lead record.

Constant Contact is able to connect leads with their LinkedIn account. Leads' activities on those social media platforms will trigger automations and be added to the Life of the Lead on their lead record.

Social Interactions

Creating Interaction Visual Workflows

To create a visual workflow for social interactions, create or edit a visual workflow:

  1. Click + > Trigger, located under Start in the workflow.

    Add Trigger

  2. Click interacts with the social account, located under Social in the list of triggers.
Important: Due to the limitations on data available from Facebook, social interactions are matched by first and last name, and not by email address. This may cause your automation to trigger for a lead with the same name that did not interact with your Facebook account.

    Add Social Trigger

  3. Enter the connected social profile to associate with this trigger.
  4. Click OK.

    IMAGE DESCRIPTION.
