You can request a refund when you cancel within 30 days after your first payment. To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
The money-back guarantee only applies to your base email plan subscription (Lite/Standard/Premium). Any additional add-ons, services, fees, etc., are not refundable.
Constant Contact cannot issue refunds for payments made more than 30 days ago.
To receive your refund, please call our Billing Team and ask your Billing Support Specialist for it when you cancel your account. Canceling your account online will not automatically process a refund.
