How to disable 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works in a browser

If you encounter an issue where Constant Contact works in one web browser but not another:

  1. Make sure that the browser you are using is compatible with Constant Contact.
  2. Open your browser in "incognito" or "private" mode:
