Resolving errors when saving or scheduling an email

Troubleshooting error messages when trying to save or schedule your email

 

We're sorry you encountered an error while working on your email! You may see one of the following error messages when attempting to save or schedule your email. Don’t worry - we’re here to help.

  • "Unable to schedule campaign. Please try again later."
  • “Unable to save campaign (try modifying message settings first)” 
  • “Some of your settings failed to save. Please try saving again.”
  • “Unable to save your document at this time. Our team has been notified. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
  • “You need to provide additional information. Please correct the errors below and try again.”

 

There are a few things you can try to resolve the error:

  1. Refresh and try again - Sometimes a simple page refresh may resolve the issue.
  2. Check your zip code - In your email footer, make sure the zip code in your physical address is formatted correctly. That can include, but is not limited to:
    • A space somewhere in the zip code
    • A comma in the zip code
    • The zip code is missing a number or numbers
    • The zip code has too many numbers in it
    Tip: Be sure to also check the Business details section of your account settings to avoid future errors!
  3. Check your From and Reply-to email addresses - In your email header, make sure you have selected a verified From and Reply-to email address.
  4. Check for certain blocks - If your email contains a Feedback, RSVP, or Product block, try removing it, clicking "Save," and then re-adding the block.
  5. Check your send date and time - If you’re scheduling your email to send later, make sure the date and time selected are not in the past.
  6. Copy the email - If the above options don’t resolve the error, try making a copy of the email and then schedule it to send without saving it as a draft.
