What to know about the AI Assistant in your Constant Contact account

Our new AI Assistant is designed to help you with a variety of tasks within your Constant Contact account, including setting up your brand, managing your contacts, and creating campaigns. It also leverages GPT-driven insights and user-specific data to provide personalized marketing strategies and tailored guidance to help you succeed.

How is the AI Assistant different from a chatbot?

The main difference between the AI Assistant and your typical chatbot is that it acts as more of a knowledgeable, personalized assistant rather than responding with pre-set answers. It adapts to situations, learns from interactions, and can take proactive actions or decisions.


What can the Assistant do?

We’re continuing to expand the AI Assistant’s capabilities, and currently, it can:

  • Set up a brand profile and provide colors based on your website
  • Help brainstorm ideas and strategize your marketing campaigns
  • Create email, social post, and SMS drafts for you 
  • Set up a “Welcome” automation path
  • Let you know your open and click rates for your past campaigns
  • Help you add and manage your contacts
  • Answer questions about Constant Contact features and provide links to helpful Knowledge Base articles with additional information


Please note: Since this feature is still in beta, it’s not perfect—you may run into flaws, and features may change from day to day as we experiment and add functionality.
