Light Bulb IconDid you know? We're in the process of making improvements to our contact management experience and rolling them out to our customers. If your Lists table looks different, view this article for exporting contacts instead.

Exporting your contacts doesn't remove them from your account, but gives you a hard copy of their information that you can open in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

  1. Click Audience > Contacts.
  2. Select the contacts that you want to export. If you have multiple pages of contacts, make sure to select all the contacts on each page. You can reduce the number of pages using the "Show" drop-down menu on the bottom left-hand side of the table.
  1. Click Actions > Export selection.

Contacts menu expanded and All contacts option selected, All contacts table with all contacts selected, and Actions menu expanded with Export selection option selected

  2. Select the fields that you want to include.
  3. Click the Export button.
