Spanish Language Support Options

Review these options if you would prefer to receive support in Spanish

Our goal at Constant Contact is to provide you with the best customer support experience possible. If your preferred language is Spanish, we have options for you.

Spanish Phone Support

When you contact support and reach our automated system, state that you would like to receive help in Spanish, and you will be directed to a Spanish-speaking agent. Example phrases include:
  • "I Need A Spanish Agent"
  • "Can I Get Help In Spanish?"
  • "Can I Talk To Someone In Spanish?"
  • "I Need Spanish Assistance"
Or, let the agent that you are working with know that you'd like to speak with a Spanish Support Representative. You will then be transferred to an agent who can provide you with assistance in Spanish.
 

View the Knowledge Base in Spanish

Our Knowledge Base can be viewed exclusively in Spanish. Additionally, when viewing any article within our Knowledge Base, if it's displaying in English, you can switch the language to Spanish. To do so, click the Language dropdown in the upper-right corner, and then select Español.
