Why can’t I access my Legacy Surveys?

Why your Legacy Surveys have been closed and you can no longer access them

At Constant Contact, we’re constantly working to enhance our product and tools so that you can get the best results. We’ve recently released a new and improved survey experience with our Survey Pages, allowing you to easily customize your surveys with the same editing experience you use for emails, and share them with your audience via email and social media. Now that this new feature is available, we have retired our Legacy Survey tool.

On March 1, 2022, all Legacy Surveys were closed, and on May 4, 2022, your Legacy Surveys were removed completely from your account and no longer appear in your Campaigns list. This means you can no longer:

  • See your past Legacy Surveys.
  • Access the results for past Legacy Surveys.
  • Collect new responses for past Legacy Surveys.
  • Create new surveys with the Legacy Survey tool.
