Reconnect or disconnect a social media account from your Constant Contact account when it causes an "Account Error"

Your social accounts can sometimes become disconnected from your Constant Contact account. Sometimes the social platform needs you to update your permissions, or can invalidate token connections if you haven't used them in awhile. It can also happen if you remove the Constant Contact app from your social media account, but don't disconnect the account from your Constant Contact account.

There are two easy ways to fix the error:

  2. Click Accounts.
