Manually export contacts from Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) to import into Constant Contact

Export a CSV file of your contacts from Keap and then import the file into your Constant Contact account.

Quickly and easily export your contacts from Keap (formerly InfusionSoft) into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file so that they can be added to your Constant Contact account.

1. Log in to your Keap account.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Contacts. 
3. Filter by People, Companies, and Groups. 
4. Use the sort filters as needed. 
5. Click the checkmark next to Select All to select all of the contacts, or click the circle next to a specific contact. 
6. Click Export. 
   
   
   
   
7. When your file has downloaded to the default download folder on your computer, you'll get a confirmation pop-up. Click Got it when complete.
   
   

Your file will download automatically. The default download folder for your web browser is typically labeled "Downloads"—search your computer files for the Downloads folder. 

Once the file has downloaded, make sure to format it to prevent import errors and then import your contacts into Constant Contact. For more help exporting your contacts out of Keap, please see Keap support.
