Search for a campaign by keyword

Find a previously created, scheduled, or sent campaign in your account

Whether you want to finish editing a draft, view a campaign's performance, or make a copy, you can easily find the campaign you need on the Single-channel tab of the Campaigns page.

  1. From the Campaigns page, enter a keyword into the Search field, then hit the Enter key. Your search term can be a word, or the first few letters of a word, in the internal campaign name, the subject line of an email, or content within the body of an email. The search doesn't recognize characters in the middle of a word.
Example: If you are searching for the word "donut" you could search for "do" but not for "nut."
  2. Further filter your search results by choosing an option from one of the drop-down menus:
  • Campaigns

  • Status

  • Sort by

Once you find the campaign you’re looking for, you can continue editing the draft, view its performance, resend it to new contacts, share the campaign URL, or make a copy to edit and reuse it as a new campaign.
