Article: 000046127
Updated: March 8, 2024

An example template to create Terms and Conditions (T&C)/Terms of Service (TOS) for SMS mobile marketing or to update your T&C/TOS with mobile terms

Clock IconSave time: Did you know that you can create your privacy policy and T&C/TOS documents while you register for SMS marketing? You can use the documents that are automatically generated for you, or download them to make further customizations for your organization before uploading them to your Library.

In order to collect SMS opt-ins through our Lead Generation Landing Page, we require a link to both a privacy policy and terms and conditions (T&C)/terms of service (TOS). The documents can be hosted on your own website, or you can upload them and store them in your Constant Contact account. Text that is highlighted in yellow indicates sample language or a placeholder for your review. Be sure to remove all brackets and drafting notes before finalizing your T&C/TOS.
