Remove a Constant Contact App from a Facebook and Instagram Account

Article: 000035951
Updated: May 23, 2023

Revoke permission for creating social posts, ads, or lead ads for Facebook and Instagram through Constant Contact by removing the Constant Contact Business Integration from Facebook

After you disconnect Facebook and Instagram from your Constant Contact account, it's also a good idea to disconnect Constant Contact from your Facebook account. This ensures that you are prompted to log into Facebook and grant permission before you can use Social Posts and Monitoring, Facebook Lead Ads, or Facebook and Instagram Ads again.

Since your Instagram account needs to be connected to your Facebook account to use with Constant Contact, it's disconnected at the same time you disconnect from Facebook.

  1. At the top your Facebook page, open the drop-down menu and select Settings & Privacy

  2. Click Settings.
