Change your Community screen name

Update the username you use in the Constant Contact Community

If you want to change the screen name used to identify yourself in the Constant Contact Community, you can easily update it in your account settings.

Note: Changing your Community screen name doesn’t change your Constant Contact account login, just how others see you in the Community.
 

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left, or the three dots if you have the left-hand menu expanded, and select Account settings.

  2. In the Profile details section, click Edit.

  3. Type your new screen name in the Community screen name field. It should ideally be your name or your organization name for easy identification. It should also be professional, accurate, and not include any profanity.
  • Screen names cannot contain spaces.
  • Use only accepted characters in your new screen name:
    • Capital letters (A - Z)
    • Lower-case letters (a - z)
    • Numbers (0 - 9)
    • Special characters:
      • Dash ( - )
      • Period ( . )
      • Underscore ( _ )
  1. Click Save.
