View email reporting in the Constant Contact mobile app

View the opens, clicks, and more for your sent emails in the mobile app

See reporting for each of your sent emails within the mobile app. You can see reporting for emails sent from the app or from desktop. The following metrics are provided: 

  • The number of contacts the email was sent to
  • The open rate
  • The click rate 
  • The contacts who did not open
  • Bounces
  • Unsubscribes

You can also click into each metric to see the contacts it applies to. 


 

Accessing campaigns

Emails and their reporting can be accessed from the Campaigns section. 

On Android, tap the Menu IconMenu, then tap Campaigns.

On iOS, tap on Campaigns in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen. 

 

View email reporting

From campaigns, complete the following steps on Android or on iPhone:

 

  1. Tap StatusSent at the top of the screen.

  2. Scroll through to view the total sends, opens, and clicks for each sent email. Tap on a campaign to see more details. 
    Note: All of your emails are displayed here, whether they were created and sent within the mobile app or on a desktop.

  3. Tap on the hyperlinked numbers to view the list of contacts for each reporting stat.
