Enable the Constant Contact Skill for Amazon Alexa

Check the status of you latest email campaign and get marketing tips using your voice through Amazon Alexa

By adding the Constant Contact skill to Amazon Alexa, you can check your latest campaign reports, get updates on the number of opens and clicks in your latest campaign, and even get email marketing tips simply by using your voice.

Enable the Constant Contact Skill

Once you've downloaded and installed the Amazon Alexa app, you just have to add the Constant Contact skill.

  1. ​Open the Amazon Alexa app on any device.

  2. Tap on the menu to expand it.

  3. Tap Skills.

  4. Search for "Constant Contact".

  5. Tap Constant Contact.

  6. Tap Enable.

  7. Enter your Constant Contact username and password and tap Login.
    Note: If you change the username or password for your Constant Contact account, you'll also need to update it within the Constant Contact Skill in the Alexa app.

  8. Tap Allow.

  9. Tap Done.

Once you've added the Constant Contact skill it will work on any devices that you have paired with Alexa. Just say, "Alexa, open Constant Contact."

  • For Campaign Metrics - "Alexa, how is my campaign doing?"
  • For Marketing Tips - "Alexa, give me a marketing tip."
  • For Help - "Alexa, can you help?"
 

Disable the Constant Contact Skill

Disabling the Constant Contact skill removes it from Alexa and will no longer work with any device paired with Alexa.

  1. ​Open the Amazon Alexa app on any device.

  4. Tap Your Skills.

  5. Tap Constant Contact.

  6. Tap Disable Skill.

  7. Tap Disable Skill again to confirm your action.
