Multiple opens of an email

Article: 000006071

See how many of your contacts opened your email more than once

When you're reviewing your email's Opened report, you can see if any of your contacts opened your email multiple times. Knowing how often contacts are opening your emails lets you gauge how interested they are in what you have to say.

  1. While in the Opened report, select "All opens" from the drop-down.

  2. The "All opens" report shows you every contact who opened your email, and each time they opened it. The difference between the number of All Opens and Unique Opens will give you an idea of how many multiple opens occurred.

If you see multiple opens within a minute (or a short period of time) by the same contact, it's likely because of these scenarios.
