How Constant Contact's Ready Social 30-day guarantee works

Constant Contact offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your purchase of Constant Contact Ready Social. If you become a paying Constant Contact Ready Social customer and you are not satisfied for any reason and cancel your Constant Contact account, we will refund 100% of your first monthly Ready Social payment via the same method you used to make your payment. 

In order to use our money-back guarantee, you must have:

1. Connected at least one Social Media account and,
2. Posted one social media post, using Constant Contact's Ready Social tool.

Our money-back guarantee is only available to new, paying Constant Contact customers who at all times abide by our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy and have not taken advantage of the money-back guarantee in the past. If does not apply to add-ons, custom services offered by Constant Contact, or toward fees you pay to third-party advertising campaigns. 

To take advantage of the money-back guarantee, you must call our BIlling Team within 30 days from the date you first purchased Constant Contact Ready Social and request to cancel your account with the refund.

Canceling your account online will not automatically process a refund, you must call and request a refund in the allotted time frame.
