For What Accounts Can I See Analytics in Ready Social?

Currently, Ready Social provides social media analytics for:

  • Facebook: Pages
  • LinkedIn: Personal Profiles and Company Pages
  • Google Business Profile: Locations
  • Instagram: Business Account
  • Twitter (X): Profiles and Pages
  • YouTube: Channels
  • TikTok: Profiles

You can get an analysis for your accounts in these pre-defined time periods - 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, and a customized date range within the frame of 3 months.

📋 Note:

For Facebook and Instagram, much of the data is displayed according to the user's time zone. However, for metrics that display daily data, the figures will remain in PST, as per the data fetched from Facebook.

How to View Analytics of an Account

To view the analytics of an account, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to the Ready Social panel.
  2. Click on 'Analytics'.
  3. Under the Analytics menu, select Reports to access or create custom reports.
  4. Select any social media platform under Analytics to see data for individual accounts.

Even if you delete an account on Ready Social, nothing happens to your data. As you reconnect your account, analytics will read all the data from your connected account.

How to View Historic Analytics of Individual Accounts

To view historic analytics data, follow these steps:

  1. Under the Analytics menu, select the account for which you want to view the historical data.
  2. Access up to 2 years of data for the selected social platform.
  3. Extract a report for any 3 months within the 2-year window.

📋 Notes:

  1. According to LinkedIn and Google Business Profile API guidelines, historical analytics data is available for up to 1 year on LinkedIn and up to 18 months on Google Business Profile.
  2. While you can access up to 2 years of historic data, reports can only be generated for a 3-month range at a time.
