If your posts are appearing in the Unscheduled tab instead of being published, it could be due to one of the following reasons. Here’s how you can resolve these issues:
1. Missing Time Slots
Posts may remain unscheduled if you’ve added them to the queue but haven’t set time slots for the account.
Fix:
Go to Manage Account > Click Edit next to the respective account.
Add the required time slots for that account.
2. Exceeding Account Post Limits
If the number of scheduled posts exceeds your account’s limit, the extra posts won’t publish and will move to the Unscheduled tab.
Fix: Review your account’s post limits and adjust the queue to fit within the allowed number of posts.
3. Exceeding Subscription Account Limits
If you have connected more accounts than your subscription plan allows, the additional accounts will be locked, and posts scheduled for those accounts will be moved to the Unscheduled.
Fix: Upgrade your subscription plan to unlock the additional accounts or disconnect the excess accounts.
4. Paused Sharing Activity
If sharing activity for an account is paused, posts scheduled for that account will be moved to the Unscheduled tab once their publish time has passed.
Fix: Resume sharing activity for the account by enabling the sharing toggle in your account settings.
