How to Create Tabular Reports in CSV Format

Create a Tabular Report for Multiple Accounts in Tabular Format

Skip the design hassle and export reports in tabular formats for Profile and Post Performance, consolidate metrics from multiple accounts, and make data-driven decisions faster.

Follow the steps below to create, compare, and share Tabular Reports in Ready Social.

Step 1: Open Tabular Report

From your Ready Social dashboard, go to Reports → Create Report → Tabular Report.

Step 2: Pick a Report Type

Choose one of the two Tabular Report types:

1. Profile Performance Report: For consolidated profile metrics.
2. Post Performance Report: For metrics for individual posts.

Step 3: Select Accounts

Pick the accounts to include (up to 100). You can mix platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, and more, then click ‘Create’.

Step 4: Choose a Date Range

Select your reporting window:

• Last 7 days
• Last 15 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 90 days
• Custom Range

Step 5: Build and Customize

Adjust the report by adding/removing metrics and use the preview to confirm the layout.

Step 6: Export, Email, or Schedule

When ready, choose one of the sharing options:

1. Download CSV
2. Email CSV
3. Schedule CSV

Step 7: Open and Analyze

• Open the downloaded CSV in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. 
• Filter, sort, analyze and compare metrics across accounts in one place.

Step 8: Save as Template

If you want to save and reuse any layout, click ‘Save as Template’. Your preferences will be saved for faster reporting in future.
