Social Inbox helps you manage conversations on multiple social media platforms by letting you access them in a single space so you can reply to them in real time.
All messages, comments, and mentions received on your Instagram Business Page can be viewed in the Social Inbox section of your Ready Social dashboard. In the main Inbox page, you can access your Instagram Business Page, which is connected to specific custom inboxes, allowing you to see targeted conversations from your audience.

Note: You can’t take any action on someone else’s post that mentions your Instagram business page. But you can see it in the inbox.
