Customization Options for Twitter Posts

Here are some of the customization options you get while scheduling Twitter posts:

  • Create a standard text post: If you have a Premium Twitter account, you can write tweets up to 25000 characters. If not, you can still use the free 280-character limit.
  • Create an Image Post: Upload images directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or your local computer. Alternatively, you can add a public URL to upload images.
  • Tag Another Twitter Account: Mention other Twitter handles in your posts to expand your reach.
  • Share a Video Post: Upload videos to build trust and engage your audience.
  • Add a GIF: Use GIFs to add humor and make your posts more engaging.
  • Use Emojis: Add emojis to express your emotions and connect with your audience.

 

How to Customize Twitter Posts on Ready Social

Follow the steps below to customize your Twitter post on Ready Social:

  1. In the Ready Social dashboard, click on the Create Post button.
  2. Select Twitter from the list of social networks and enter the content of your post in the text box provided.
  • Add Images: While adding images, you will find three options:
    • Uploading Images: You can upload images directly from your local computer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box by clicking the Add Media button.

    • Using External Sources: If you prefer stock images, click the Add media from external source button. This opens the Unsplash integration where you can search for images by typing a keyword in the search bar. Once you find a suitable image, click Add Image to include it in your post.

    • Public URL Option: You can also upload images by pasting a public URL link in the designated field.
  • Tag Twitter Accounts: To tag another Twitter account, type @ followed by the exact username of the account. A dropdown list will appear. Select the correct handle from the list to add it to your post.

🚨Note: Twitter does not support album or carousel posts, so you can only upload single images or videos per post.

  • Add Video Content: Click on Add Media icon to upload video files from your local computer. You can also select videos from your connected Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box accounts.

💡Note: Ready Social supports the following video formats:

  • .avi
  • .mp4
  • .mov
  • .webm
  • Include a GIF: To add a GIF, click on the External source icon and select the GIF tab. Enter a keyword or phrase related to the content you are looking for, browse the results, and click on the desired GIF to add it to your post.

  • Enhance With Emojis: You can add emojis to your Twitter posts to make them more expressive and to help convey the tone of your message. Click on the emoji icon in the text editor to browse and select the appropriate emojis.
